OUR FEATURED PLAN FOR JULY: BARNSWORTH
Welcome to the Barnsworth another new plan from Frank Betz Associates, Inc. The Barnsworth, a farmhouse style plan combines a mixture of stone, lap siding, and cedar shakes to help complete the exterior. After entering through the foyer, passing the dining room, you are in the great room with its soaring 15'-0" tall ceiling. The ceiling heights vary in other rooms which allows for a very spacious feel throughout the plan. The Barnsworth is a split bedroom plan; the two secondary bedrooms share a full bath. The master bedroom is complete with a wall of windows, a tray ceiling and a spacious master bath. Last but not least is the kitchen/breakfast room with the curved breakfast bar that opens into the vaulted keeping room. The Barnsworth plan has 2034 sq. ft. with the optional bonus room that's great for a teen suite or home office.
