OUR FEATURED PLAN FOR JUNE: HENNEFIELD
The Hennefield debuted in January of 2004 along with several other ranch style plans. Exterior details found on the Hennefield plan are timber accented gables, shuttered windows with flower boxes and the columned front porch. The plan also offers an array of options on the inside as well. The foyer and formal dining room offer flat 12' high ceilings, which lead you to the center of the plan to the vaulted family room with built-in cabinets and the fireplace. The kitchen is a cook's delight starting with the large work island, built-in microwave, double ovens, pantry and the curved serving bar that over looks the breakfast room. The vaulted keeping room offers that extra space for today's growing family. The Hennefield is a split bedroom plan; the master suite offers the owner a bay window seating area and the spacious master bath has a double vanity, a large shower, built-in linen closet and a very spacious master closet. The secondary bedrooms share a bath. For those who need extra space, we have included an optional bonus room and a 4th bedroom complete with a full bath.
