The Thorndale is the June plan of the month. This plan was created to offer the homebuyer an open, flowing floor plan that would fit on a small lot, efficiently using the square footage and having plenty of curb appeal.
The floor plan, while being compact has plenty of style. The open feel is felt immediately upon entering the foyer. The grand room, breakfast room and kitchen are all open to each other while the dining room is separated by columns.
