OUR FEATURED PLAN FOR MAY: WILSON BRIDGE
Welcome to the Wilson Bridge, another new plan from Frank Betz Associates, Inc. From the curb this plan would grace any neighborhood with the stone accents, boxed windows, the arched frieze on the porch and the triple window dormer. Upon entering this split bedroom plan the foyer leads past the living room/study, great for those hours when working from home, and the formal dining room. In the center of the house is the family room with the vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows that face the back of the house.
Off the family room is the very spacious master suite with a classic bay window. Some of the features found in the master bath include a separate shower and garden tub, dual sinks and a large walk in closet. The kitchen and breakfast room have been designed with a center island and angled serving bar to allow for additional workspace. Completing the casual area of the plan is the vaulted keeping room with fireplace and radius window that allows for the natural light. The two secondary bedrooms are located off of the front hallway and share a full bath. Also off of the front hallway is the staircase that leads to the optional second floor loft and 4th bedroom and bath. The Wilson Bridge plan has been designed with a walkout basement or a crawl space foundation.
Also located on the first floor is the 5th bedroom and full bath great for your guest. The dual staircase leads to the second floor where there are three secondary bedrooms, the laundry room and the master suite. Some of the features include the oversized master suite a sitting room with a fireplace and a vaulted bath with separate shower, garden tub and large walk-in closet.
