The modifications department at Frank Betz Associates, Inc. works with builders to customize our plans to meet your exact specifications. A $50.00 fee is required to receive a quote for all modifications requests. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the modifications, upon acceptance of the quote.

2. What type of foundation do you need?
Our basement foundation is designed as a walkout style, which consists of three masonry walls and one wood framed wall with windows and doors. Interior walls are wood framed. Any other type of basement is a modification and needs to be described in your Wish List at the bottom of this form.
3. Does your city/county ordinance have height requirements?
Yes If so, what height: No
Some areas have height restrictions. This may be a result of zoning ordinance or a subdivision covenant. Consult with your local building officials to determine if height restrictions apply in your area.

4. Wish List: Please list all requested modifications including true reverses, 2x6 exterior construction, post and beam basements and exterior material changes.

What to expect 1. You will receive a written quote from Frank Betz Associates, Inc. for all modifications you specify in writing to the custom department, within 5-8 business days. The quote is valid for 30 days. $50.00 quote fee is non-refundable. 2. Payment due to begin the project includes price of plan plus 50% of modifications fee. Remaining balance is due before project is released to customer. The associate assigned to your project will contact you when he begins your project. You will receive floor plan and elevation layouts to approve before going to the final stages of drafting. Any additional changes may result in additional fees and time.
